Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Luxa, operated by Marceli Pawliński.
The service
Luxa performs passive, external website health monitoring and audits and generates remediation prompts. It requests public pages only and never modifies your website.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current.
Acceptable use
You may only monitor and audit websites you own or are explicitly authorised to assess. You must not use Luxa to scan, probe, or attack systems you do not control. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
What Luxa is not
Automated accessibility checks identify a subset of issues and are not a WCAG compliance certification. Passive security checks inspect configuration and are not a penetration test. Scores are guidance, not guarantees.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We work to keep Luxa available and accurate but provide the service “as is” without warranties. Monitoring and audits are best-effort and depend on the target site and the public internet.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxa's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified. You may stop using Luxa and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
