Subprocessors

Luxa relies on the following providers to deliver the service. Each processes only the data needed for its function.
Cloudflare
Hosting and core infrastructure: the application (Workers), database (D1), private object storage for screenshots and reports (R2), background queues, bot protection (Turnstile), and browser rendering for deep audits. Processes account, site, monitoring, audit and report data. UK/EU/US.
Stripe
Payment processing and subscription billing via Stripe-hosted checkout and the customer portal. Processes your email and payment details; card data never touches Luxa. UK/EU/US.
Resend
Transactional email delivery (verification codes, alerts, receipts). Processes your email address and message content. EU/US.
Google (Analytics)
Optional website analytics (Google Analytics 4), loaded only after you consent in the cookie banner. Processes anonymised usage data such as an anonymised IP, pages viewed and key actions. If you decline, it is not loaded. EU/US.
Anthropic / Claude
Not a subprocessor. Luxa does not transmit your data to Anthropic. “Fix with Claude” prompts are generated on our servers and used by you in your own tools.
